Nataliia Glushenok Halyna Gerzhod

Abstract

The article examines the humanization of education as one of the most important principles that reflects modern social trends in the development of higher education. The main essence of humanization is to ensure comprehensive general cultural development, the formation of a harmonious, holistic personality, which is considered an important prerequisite and an essential factor in its professional formation and selfrealization. In this regard, an urgent problem of higher technical education, along with high-quality 156 specialized professional training, is to provide students with humanitarian training, humanization and humanization of higher education. The purpose of our study is to highlight the peculiarities of humanitarian training of future specialists in higher technical education and to study models of humanitarian-oriented training based on foreign experience. The article emphasizes that the humanization of education is closely related to humanization. It is determined that humanization of education is one of the main parts and means of humanization of education. It is argued that the need for humanization of modern education is due to changes in society, political and economic spheres in Ukraine. The article considers the application of the idea of humanization in the educational systems of European countries. It is determined that in European countries (France, Germany, Great Britain), ensuring professional mobility through the fundamentalization and humanization of education is one of the priority areas for improving educational technologies. And the humanitarian training of a specialist of any profile is a more important part of the general policy of higher education. It is concluded that modern education should be expanded with a humanitarian component focused on worldview knowledge. Students need to develop the ability to consciously use the potential of the humanities and fundamental disciplines to solve professional problems in a comprehensive and holistic manner. This is possible only on the basis of interdisciplinary integration, a new educational concept of a general education specialty of a higher education institution, and using foreign experience
