Open Access Policy

General provisions

"The National Transport University Bulletin" is an open access journal. This means that all published materials are freely available to readers and their institutions without charge or restriction. No open access fees are collected from authors.

Access rights

All articles published in the journal remain permanently available in open access. Users are free to read, download, copy, and distribute the materials without limitations.

User rights

The reuse of published content is governed by the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0). Under this licence, users are permitted to:

  • copy, cite, and distribute articles in any form;
  • create derivative works, translations, or adaptations;
  • use materials for commercial purposes, including redistribution.

The only requirement is proper attribution of the original publication, including a reference to the DOI, a link to the licence text, and an indication of any modifications (if applicable).

Author rights

Authors retain copyright and the right to further scientific use of their research results. "The National Transport University Bulletin" holds the right of first publication and dissemination.

Access to materials

Full-text versions of articles are made available in the All Issues section of the journal’s website. The policy complies with the Budapest Open Access Initiative and international open access standards.
