Research on the functioning of the customs and logistics network in conditions of risk

Viktoriia Lebid Kateryna Poludenna

Abstract

The article examines the functioning of customs and logistics warehouses within the structure of the domestic logistics network, taking into account the impact of military risks on the customs territory of Ukraine. It analyzes the current state of customs and logistics infrastructure, trends in the development of multimodal transport, and proposes the need to adapt logistics complexes to the special conditions of wartime. A methodological approach is proposed to assess the efficiency of customs warehouse operation based on logistics chain analysis and scenario modeling of warehouse location, considering transportation costs, operational safety, and risk of losses. Object of research is the process of customs warehouses operation within the logistics network. Purpose: to improve the scientific approaches to the formation and optimization of the logistics network of customs warehouses, taking into account wartime risks and transportation safety. Research methods: system and scenario analysis, methods of logistics modeling, and analytical calculations. The results can be used for the development of programs to enhance the resilience of transport and logistics infrastructure and to improve the regulatory framework of customs activities
