Abstract
The article examines the essence and role of time management in the enterprise management system. It was determined that time management should be considered as a set of principles, the methods of using which will allow more efficient use of the company's human resources. Different approaches to understanding this concept are highlighted and the author's interpretation is offered. The specifics of both personal and corporate time management are also analyzed in detail. In addition, modern technologies used to organize time in the professional activities of the company's personnel are considered. The object of the research is time management in the enterprise management system. The purpose of this article is to highlight the essential aspects of time management as a key tool for increasing the effectiveness of the use of human resources of the enterprise. Research methods - statistical and analytical methods. The article examines in detail the essence and role of time management in the enterprise management system.
