Abstract

The modern activity of domestic enterprises in the construction industry determines the need to master new rules of adaptation and interaction with the external environment. This requires, first of all, the application of modern approaches, principles, effective methods, tools in enterprise management to ensure successful functioning in a competitive environment, because construction is one of the priority branches of economic activity in Ukraine, where locally fixed (immovable) main funds of the economic complex are created and non-production purposes, such as finished construction products. In the modern economy, quality and management in construction projects play a strategic role and ensure competitiveness. Without compliance with the planned requirements, parameters, quality standards of the project object, it is impossible to achieve the tasks and goals set before the project. Therefore, the quality of all elements of the project should be in the area of attention of the project manager during all stages of the project cycle. The purpose of the article is to develop a definition of the prerequisites for the formation of quality requirements in construction projects by grouping the formalized identification of the state of quality concepts in construction projects. Therefore, the conducted study "Analysis of quality requirements in construction projects" made it possible to group the definitions of quality according to different groups and to give general definitions in construction projects, where it was determined that all these groups of quality are interconnected and are separate components.Quality includes general directions as the main parameters for achieving construction goals, taking into account state standards and normative legal norms. During the 51 construction and development of projects, it is important to take into account all these specified requirements, which will ensure the safety, environmental cleanliness and durability of buildings and structures. Therefore, the conducted research made it possible to agree on the main concepts of quality in construction projects, which, instead of a generalizing concept, made it possible to form a definition of the concept according to the requirements of the construction industry. The proposed definition provides an understanding of the concepts in accordance with the specifics of the industry, which allows to include the main parameters of the definition of conditions for achieving all the goals and objectives of the construction process and assumes the needs of the consumer according to state standards and normative legal norms
