Abstract
As an effective approach to solving the problem of overloading of transport communications in modern cities, experts identify the implementation of the concept of city logistics – a scientific and practical direction, the subject of which is the improvement of transport and logistics schemes and routes for the transportation of goods and passengers. At the same time, one of the main factors, which is considered as an indicator of the comfort of living in an urban environment and at the same time characterizes the efficiency of the city logistics system, is urban mobility. Mobility is determined by various factors (indicators) of transport services for the population during the implementation of various types of movement, taking into account the variation of logistics chains. Taking into account the constant growth of stakeholder requirements regarding the level of mobility in modern cities, as well as taking into account the large number of stochastic factors that influence its formation (in particular, the Ukrainian context of the security situation), the study of challenges that directly influence to ensure mobility. This article presents the results of the analysis of the main challenges that determine modern trends in ensuring the mobility of the urban environment in Ukraine. Based on the analysis of scientific and other information sources, it can be argued that the crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic actually led to a potential acceleration of trends that already existed. The projected impact of the adverse effects of COVID-19 and related coping experiences on future mobility patterns has been identified in global, behavioral and technological/market aspects. In turn, given the scale and duration of the mobility crisis caused by the active hostilities in Ukraine, the challenges to the functioning of transport systems for cities recovering from hostilities and occupation are different from those that arise in cities that have received significant numbers of internally displaced persons. persons However, unfortunately, these challenges will only multiply and intensify. Therefore, the key priority of the modern (post-war) transport policy in the cities of Ukraine should be not only the search for ways to restore their infrastructure and sources of funding for relevant mobility restoration projects, but also the implementation of measures to change the behavior of mobility system users themselves, taking into account sustainable development approaches
