Organizational and methodological principles of the formation of the labor payment system at enterprises

Abstract

The article is devoted to the generalization of modern approaches and the substantiation of directions for improving the organizational and economic foundations of the development of labor remuneration in the conditions of a dynamic external environment. The purpose of the article is to generalize modern trends in the development of the labor remuneration system in the aspect of its organizational and economic support based on the conducted analysis. The object of the study is methodological support for the formation of an effective system of labor remuneration. The research method is a theoretical and logical substantiation of the organizational and economic basis of improving the remuneration to ensure the high efficiency of the employee motivation system in the conditions of external challenges. The article examines the main trends in the development of the wage system, highlights the elements of the wage mechanism (purpose, tasks, functions, principles of wage formation, subsystem of non-market regulation), examines the role of state regulation of wages. The classification of labor payment systems is proposed, the factors that influence the company's choice of one or another labor payment system are substantiated – external (the state of the labor market, the socio-economic situation in the country, the regulatory and legal framework, state policy, the income policy of competing enterprises in the field wages) and internal (objective: form of ownership, form of labor organization, types of enterprise activities, stages of its development, production features, volume of labor potential, state of labor regulation, etc.; subjective: skills and existing traditions, involvement in enterprise affairs, conservatism of thinking, moral and psychological climate). The results of the article will contribute to the adaptation of labor payment systems by enterprises to new conditions and challenges of the external environment in order to ensure a stable position in the competitive market
