Development of car service enterprises as a process of cumulative changes in conditions of economic instability

Abstract

The article offers to study the processes of changes that take place at car service enterprises in the conditions of unstable economic development. The article considers the issues of introduction of new technologies and services, management of car service enterprises in the conditions of competition in the market of services, development of car service enterprises in the conditions of unstable economic development. The article also discusses the importance of planning and controlling changes at car service enterprises, as well as determining the stages of implementation and control of changes. The general conclusion of the article is that for the successful development of car service enterprises in the context of unstable economic development, it is necessary to actively introduce new technologies and services, manage enterprises taking into account competition in the service market, plan and control changes, and use approaches to change management that have proven to be effective in scientific research. The object of the study is the process of development of car service enterprises in conditions of economic instability. 86 The purpose of the study is to identify the main problems that arise in the development of car service enterprises in the context of economic instability, as well as to develop recommendations for their solution. The article considers the conditions of instability of economic development, which can be caused by various factors, among which the main ones are: instability of the political and economic situation in the country; changes in demand for transport services; rising fuel and energy prices; competition in the market; lack of investment and modernisation; socio-economic difficulties; technical difficulties; negative impact on the environment. It is considered that the development of car service enterprises includes not only improving the quality of services provided, but also improving the technologies and processes used for vehicle repair and may result from the introduction of new technologies, staff development, expanding the range of products or services, improving the level of customer service and many other factors. The article analyses the system of change management at car service enterprises, which may contain various components, but the main ones are as follows: needs analysis; strategy development; implementation of changes; evaluation of the results of changes and change management as a process. The results of the article can ensure the adaptation of the change management system of car service enterprises to new conditions and requirements if new technologies appear on the market or customer behaviour changes, helping to adapt the strategy and change management processes to new conditions
