Nataliia Amelina Olena Kryvenko Nataliia Redko

Abstract

The article proposes to study and analyse the competitiveness of the car service sector in the context of economic instability and determine how the use of the Potter's Five Forces methodology and the 6P's concept can contribute to improving the efficiency of the economy and their relationship with the car service sector. The methodology of "Potter's Five Forces" and its application in the sphere of car service to determine the competitive environment are considered. The concept of "6P's" is developed to increase the competitiveness of the car service sector and the efficiency of the economy as a whole. The article is aimed at analysing the main methods for assessing the competitiveness of car service enterprises and their application. The object of the article is enterprises operating in the field of car service. The main focus of the article is on the Potter's Five Forces methodology and the 6P's concept. By analysing various methods, the article aims to help select the most effective tools for assessing the competitiveness of car service businesses, which can help them improve their market position. In order to 10 determine the competitive situation in the car service sector and identify prospects, effective tools include diagnostics of enterprises in the industry using Michael Porter's methodology and the concept of assessing the attractiveness of an enterprise "6P's". For this purpose, the analysis of Porter's Five Forces is used, which covers the following main competitive factors: the strength of competition between car service businesses; the threat of substitution; the influence of suppliers; the influence of customers; and the level of competition. Using the concept of "6P's" (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Positioning), it is proposed to analyse various aspects of the activities of car service enterprises, assess their potential in the market and develop optimal marketing strategies. In addition, risk assessment and control of activities allows to reduce the negative impact of factors that may affect the efficiency of the enterprise. Analysing production processes and human resources management helps to identify problem areas and find ways to solve them. The application of the 6P's concept in the study of competitiveness allows to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise, which ensures the assessment of each of these elements and allows to diagnose the activities of enterprises in the car service industry and determine the directions of further development. The use of the 6P's concept helps car service enterprises to adapt to changes in market demand and ensure high competitiveness. Thus, the Porter's Five Forces methodology can be a useful tool for studying the competitiveness of an enterprise, which will help the enterprise to understand its advantages and disadvantages, as well as to find opportunities to improve its competitiveness. The 6P's concept enables an enterprise to understand how each of the elements contributes to its competitiveness and what aspects of its business need to be improved. The results of these analyses can help to develop strategies that will improve its competitiveness and achieve market success. The article considers the Porter's Five Forces methodology and the 6P's concept, which allow identifying the strengths and weaknesses of an enterprise and finding ways to improve its competitiveness. The results of such an assessment can help enterprises identify their main areas of development and adopt effective marketing strategies to achieve higher competitiveness
