Abstract
The article examines the current state of the labor motivation system of enterprises in the service sector. The main motivational elements that were formed and divided into groups are determined. It has been established that it is of great importance for enterprises in the service sector that consumers have high requirements for service standards and the behavior of personnel during service. On the other hand, there is a high level of competition in the industry. Therefore, the employee must have all the necessary tools to be armed during the meeting with the client. Volumes are singled out in human resources management of enterprises in the field of services of the classical group and category of motives. The research was conducted with the help of Goole questionnaire. The conducted analysis resolved some problems in the management of human resources of enterprises in the service sector, it was determined that the organizational culture at enterprises has certain shortcomings, which also affects the motivational component of the personnel management system, increased staff turnover. On the basis of this, two motivation strategies were determined to improve the management of the company's services. Recommended development strategy: develop recommendations for increasing employee motivation and develop recommendations for reducing staff productivity. For the further study of the expediency of the use of strategies, the motor transport company PJSC "ATP-1358" was chosen. To form a strategy of motivation by human resources, a ranking mechanism of groups of motives and incentives offered to certain categories of employees was used. The degree of perception by employees of this group of certain groups of motivation is ranked, the level of which will depend, respectively, on their knowledge, personal and professional qualities or on their needs, expectations and demands. On the basis of the conducted research, it was established that the largest number of employees are receptive to material, as well as group motives and incentives, the management of the enterprise should improve the system of personnel motivation in these areas.
