Abstract
Today, during the martial law, the road construction industry experiences a significant shortage of qualified personnel, which should ensure the effective implementation of the Recovery Plan of Ukraine, in particular, transport infrastructure in accordance with EU standards. In particular, one of the directions for improving the training of professional personnel for the development of the transport industry of Ukraine is the introduction of new forms of education - including dual education as an element of public-private partnership, which is confirmed by employers, representatives of business structures and professional organizations. The analysis of the experience of the implementation of the dual form abroad makes it possible to take into account errors and accelerate the effective implementation of a fairly new form of higher education and the improvement of the legislative framework in Ukraine. In Ukraine, dual forms of education began to be introduced in vocational schools, since it is in them that the training of qualified workers in the chosen field is provided, where the issue of combining theoretical and practical training is most relevant. Taking into account the fact that the gained practical experience increases the demand for graduates of higher education institutions on the labor market, creates significant competitive advantages during the search for a job and accelerates its adaptation to the production process, the issue of introducing a dual form into the practice of training specialists at the bachelor's and master's level of higher education acquires all more relevant. The practical focus on dual courses is much higher than on non-dual ones, due to a more pronounced practical component. By providing interaction between the university and the partner company, the practical focus of the training course is increased to a high modern level of knowledge. Accordingly, the main directions for the introduction of a dual form of education in institutions of higher education are the introduction of changes in educational and professional programs due to the strengthening of practical training of applicants; acquiring competences by learners in accordance with the real requirements of the labor market; increasing the employment rates of graduates who have already decided on their professional trajectory; expansion of the laboratory base due to the creation of branches of departments at enterprises with modern material and technical equipment and provision of the possibility of training of scientific and pedagogical and pedagogical personnel in production; historical traditions of cooperation between higher education institutions and employers in the industry. The national context requires the adaptation of foreign experience to the realities of the Ukrainian economy and makes it impossible to create a single approach to the organization of dual education in all specialties.
