Features of mobile applications for the transport industry

Abstract

This article considers the specifics of using mobile applications for the transport industry. Mobile applications are an indispensable assistant in a person's everyday life, for example, call a taxi, book or buy tickets for a train or plane, view a map of the area and plan a route from point a to point b, view a map of gas stations and buy gasoline, you can order freight transportation with a few clicks on your smartphone. The object of research is the process of using mobile applications for transport and logistics The purpose of the work is to study the peculiarities of the use of mobile applications for the transport industry. Having analyzed the most popular tools for developing mobile applications, we can conclude that there are many different interesting tools and the choice should be made depending on the tasks, therefore the authors suggest react-native due to its versatility and flexibility. The rapid renewal of mobile app development for transportation and logistics is likely to continue to accelerate in an increasingly saturated market in the coming years.
