Abstract
The purpose of the article is to summarize the existing provisions and substantiate the directions of strategic management of the motivational mechanism of personnel. Research methods: analytical – to determine the conceptual apparatus of the effectiveness of strategic personnel management; theoretical – methodical – for the study of scientific thought on the issues of motivational mechanism and its impact on effective personnel management. Results. In the study of scientific thought, a link was established between the motivational mechanism and effective management of the enterprise. Analytical review of theoretical positions established the main vector of the motivational mechanism of staff. Methods for measuring the effectiveness of personnel management, criteria, quantitative and qualitative indicators, which aim to most accurately measure the quality of staff, the impact that the company has from staff. It is established that today the transformation of the understanding that the best and more stable will be not the company where staff are required to constantly increase production, but where the staff creates the most comfortable, acceptable working conditions. It is investigated that the efficiency of staff depends on external factors of the enterprise in the market in a competitive environment, the influence of state factors – laws and regulations on this topic, the state of the labor market; development of machinery and technology, political and macroeconomic situation, etc.) and internal factors (strategy chosen by the company for its development, goals set by the company, internal organizational structure, team mood, level of corporate culture, support for innovation by staff and others). On the basis of the conducted theoretical and methodical review in the article the stages of formation of strategy of development of the motivational mechanism of the personnel of the motor transport enterprise are developed. The methods and principles of personnel management of the enterprise are applied and arranged in a single mechanism.
