Abstract
The article offers an analysis of the application of innovations and technologies, the implementation of which requires staff training for the implementation of investment, functional, organizational resources of development. The object of study – modern enterprises. The purpose of the work is to study the prospects for the development of modern enterprises and find ways to implement modern technologies to achieve maximum efficiency. Research method – analysis of factors of resources of development of modern enterprises. Factors determining the implementation of innovations are the growing complexity of technology and the increasingly limited ability to master them by existing staff. Among others, this factor is decisive in terms of the pace of economic development, at least that part of it in which development is not just a natural need, but also determines the place of the organization among competitors. Under such conditions, the science and practice of implementing the latest technologies face atypical challenges that were not previously considered relevant. Factors that contribute to the development of the enterprise and determine the conditions of their implementation are considered. These factors, of course, include development resources, ie staff, or rather its motivation for self-realization in the environment of its activities. The resources of the enterprise should be divided into the following groups of investment, functional, organizational and development resources.
