Abstract

The article examines the importance and features of using digital technologies in the context of achieving sustainable development of enterprises. The purpose of the article is to summarize the features and advantages of implementing digital innovations to achieve sustainable development of the enterprise, to reveal the strategic importance of digital technologies in the context of increasing productivity, reducing the impact on the environment, developing new markets and ensuring competitiveness, as well as identifying key challenges that arise in the process of their implementation. In the modern business environment, the implementation of digital technologies is becoming a key element of the strategy of sustainable development of enterprises. Their influence is carried out through three main aspects of activity: economic, social and environmental. The areas of focus of digital technologies are proposed and substantiated: increasing production efficiency; implementation of the concept of "Industry 4.0"; increasing industrial safety and environmental sustainability; increasing competitiveness on the market; development of digital culture among staff. 43 The problems that arise in the process of implementing digital technologies are summarized: financial constraints, unstable regulation, technological complexity, cultural changes, competitive pressure, cyber threat. Practical recommendations and strategies for overcoming these challenges are provided, such as strategic planning, investment and financing, flexibility and adaptability, education and training of personnel, cyber security, and building partnerships. The conclusion emphasizes that the implementation of digital technologies is critical to the success of an enterprise in today's business world, but requires careful analysis and a strategic approach to ensure sustainable development
