Abstract
The relevance of the research topic focuses on the challenges and trends affecting the labor market in the war and post-war period.The impact of the war on the structure of employment and wages in various 138 sectors of the Ukrainian economy, including important industries affected by the conflict, is analyzed. The article also pays attention to the state of unemployment and registration of the unemployed in various industries, and also raises the issue of the need to adapt the labor market to new conditions and implement measures to support employment and economic recovery. In addition, the article emphasizes the need for active activity on the part of the government in the direction of creating a favorable investment climate, which encourages entrepreneurs to expand their activities and create new jobs. The general conclusion of the article is that the restoration of the labor market in Ukraine after the war is a complex task that requires a comprehensive approach and joint efforts of the government, business and citizens. The development of long-term strategies and plans for the restoration of the labor market in Ukraine is an integral part of ensuring the sustainable economic development of the country. These measures should be aimed at creating an open, dynamic and inclusive labor market. Solving these issues is important for ensuring sustainable economic growth and raising the standard of living of the population. The object of the research is the labor market in Ukraine in the conditions of modern geopolitical instability and war. The purpose of the study is to analyze and assess the current state of the labor market in Ukraine in the context of challenges and trends related to the geopolitical situation and the war, with the aim of determining possible ways to overcome problems and support economic recovery.
