Peculiarities of inclusive innovations in transport and their role in ensuring socio-economic development

Abstract

The article examines the concept of inclusive development, defines the essence of inclusive innovations and indicates their features at transport enterprises. The purpose of the article is to determine the features and role of inclusive innovations at transport enterprises in ensuring the concept of inclusive economic development. 36 Inclusive economic development plays a key role in ensuring sustainable and harmonious development of society, contributing to social justice, economic sustainability and political stability. The formation of inclusiveness involves the activation of innovative activities and increased attention to the implementation of inclusive innovations. It is suggested that the process of creating and implementing innovative solutions that meet the needs and capabilities of various population groups and are aimed at ensuring a higher standard of living and achieving socio-economic growth are considered inclusive innovations. Key aspects of inclusive approaches in transport enterprises are considered, in particular ensuring accessibility and diversity of transport services for all population groups, including people with disabilities. Special attention is paid to creating barrier-free working conditions at enterprises for people with special needs. The article analyzes modern technological solutions and innovations aimed at facilitating access to transport and improving the comfort of movement. The impact of inclusive transport innovations on the social responsibility of enterprises, their contribution to job creation and economic development is also considered. The conclusion is made about the importance of inclusive approaches in transport for the formation of a fairer and more accessible transport environment for all population groups and their strategic importance for the sustainable development of modern society is emphasized
