Global factors of internationalisation of intangible assets

Abstract

The article is devoted to the substantiation of scientific and theoretical foundations and leading factors of influence in the system of management of intangible assets in the case of characteristic manifestations of internationalization. The object of research is the processes of formation of intangible assets in the context of their internationalization in order to create competitive advantages. 60 The purpose of the work is to deepen, based on the analysis of the processes of internationalization of intangible assets in the context of their globalization and informatization, and to develop proposals for identifying mechanisms for creating competitive advantages on world markets in order to increase the efficiency of international trade and economic activity. The research method is a theoretical and analytical substantiation of processes related to the internationalization of intangible assets. The task of ensuring stability in all processes and types of activities important for the enterprise is an indispensable condition for its effective functioning, the determining role of which belongs precisely to intangible assets, that is, that part of the enterprise's assets that make up more than 90% of its value. In the article, based on a more in-depth study of the basic scientific and theoretical principles and analytical calculations regarding the internationalization of intangible assets, two groups of their manifestations at the macro and micro levels are distinguished. The first can be used in the creation and implementation of an active trade policy of the country, the others indicate appropriate directions for developing the strategy of international activities of individual enterprises. The author also gives global factors and characteristic manifestations of the internationalization of intangible assets. The results of the article can be used by domestic enterprises of any industry to develop recommendations for increasing the efficiency of international trade and economic activity at the expense of intangible assets. Predictive assumptions regarding the development of the object of research - the introduction of the latest developments and technologies make it necessary to constantly monitor the latest scientific and technical achievements, which stimulates the processes of their commercialization.
