Analysis of the interaction of participants in transport and forwarding activities during road freight transportation

Abstract

The article analyzes participants in freight forwarding activities in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. It provides various types of interaction among participants in freight forwarding activities. Measures such as the utilization of the seven logistics rules and the allocation of responsibilities among participants in Freight Forwarding Activities (FFA) are proposed. These measures are aimed at enhancing the efficiency of interaction and reducing costs. The object of the research is the process of freight forwarding activity. The aim of the work is to analyze the interaction among participants in freight forwarding activities and to develop measures to enhance the efficiency of communication among all participants. The research method is analytical. To enhance the efficiency of interaction among participants in freight forwarding activities, measures have been proposed that will reduce costs and minimize risks in cargo delivery
