Mobilization financial policy of Ukraine in conditions of martial law

Abstract

Article dedicated to complex theoretical and practical researches approaches of analysis of mobilization financial policy in conditions of marital state. Researched sense of word “mobilization” as giving someone active state, power concentration and means of reaching set purpose, which serves additional incentive and performs consolidation role. Formed definition of “economical mobilization model of society” as special form of social-market economy. Considered type of economical relationship in mobilization economics. Discovered wide understanding of mobilization financial politics, it’s efficient realization in war terms. Object of research – finding out financial-economic potential of mobilization financial policy in war terms. Researches goal – justification of theoretical principles and practical realization features of mobilization financial policy in marital state terms and showing approaches to solving problem of rising financial resources in national economy. Researches methods. Article’s theoretical base is modern financial theories , especially works of foreign and national scientists with problems of functioning national financial policy. In article there is used complex of methods of scientific knowledge, basis of which is systematical and synergistic approaches according to which all economic-financial processes, connected with functioning, realize in cooperation and mutual development. Discovered existence of difficulties between modern economy’s financial policy of monopolyoligarchic type, which obviously demand market and state’s measures for their coordination. Founded out straight impact on efficient realization mobilization financial policy in economical processes during war instruments of tax regulation. 120 Showed prerequisites and forecasts for realization of new tax ideology through reform according to the formula «10-10-10».
