On June 23, 2022, the Council of the European Union granted Ukraine the status of a candidate for EU membership, which not only opened up new opportunities for active cooperation in various spheres of the economy, but also determined the requirements for the integration of our state into the European community. The transport industry is a significant and important segment of the country's economy, one of the ways of communication between industries, enterprises, regions of the state, and foreign countries. Promoting the integration and modernization of the transport industry of Ukraine and individual sub-sectors, updating the National Transport Strategy of Ukraine in accordance with EU legislation, standards and requirements and assisting in its further implementation in the context of global integration processes. European integration as a strategic direction of the country's development determines the course of not only economic and social processes taking place in the country, but also educational ones.
