Criteria for the formation of public participation portfolios

Abstract

The relevance of the research topic is determined by the need for improvement and further development of scientific and methodological support for the management processes of public participation (PP) projects. The purpose of the research: verification of the hypothesis about the existence of a dependence of the number of votes received by PP projects for support on the request for PP projects for the amount of funding - in general, by separate categories and by separate thematic directions The task of the research: 1) choose a type of correlation analysis method to test the hypothesis about the existence of a dependence of the number of votes received by PP projects for support on the request for PP projects for the amount of funding; 2) to verify, using the chosen method, the hypothesis of the existence of a dependence between the number of votes received by PP projects for support, and the request for PP projects for the amount of funding; 3) draw conclusions. Research methodology. When choosing a type of correlation analysis method to test the hypothesis of the existence of a dependence of the number of votes received by PP projects for support on the request for PP projects on the amount of funding – the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test for testing the hypothesis of normality of the distribution; to test the hypothesis about the existence of a dependence between the number of votes received by PP projects for support and the request for PP projects for the amount of funding – Spearman's method.
