Economic and legal support for the sustainable functioning of economic systems in the context of strengthening the effectiveness of the implementation of the principles of inclusive development

Abstract

The article examines the genesis of the emergence of the concept of inclusive development of the economy, reflects its main theoretical provisions; analyzes the features of the concept of inclusive development; systematizes the theoretical and methodological foundations of the inclusive development of the national economy; justifies the importance and necessity of using the concept of inclusive development for Ukraine; clarifies the problems of economic and legal support of inclusive development in Ukraine; justifies the directions of formation of the national model of inclusive growth; studies the main characteristics of the manifestation of inclusiveness in the investment provision of economic development; forms directions for improving the state structural policy to achieve the goals of inclusive development. Object of research – sustainable functioning of economic systems. Purpose of study – improving the efficiency of economic and legal support for the sustainable functioning of economic systems in the context of strengthening the effectiveness of the implementation of the principles of inclusive development. Methods of research – method of abstracting, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, system approach. According to the concept of inclusive development of economic systems, each economic entity is important, unique, valuable to society and has the ability to meet its needs. The concept of inclusive development is based on the priority of developing human resources, achieving full employment, improving the skills of workers and social security, and sustainable, balanced development. The inclusive development of the national economy is based on the principles of justice, constancy, joint participation, non-discrimination, stability, long-term growth associated with the imperatives of human-centrism, neo-industrialization, sustainable development, green economy. Forecast assumptions about the object of study – improvement of the mechanism for ensuring the sustainable functioning of economic systems in the context of strengthening the effectiveness of the implementation of the principles of inclusive development.
