Vadym Nevinhlovskyi О. Zagornyak Nataliia Sokolova

Abstract

The article presents a number of economic problems faced by enterprises of the road industry of Ukraine, regardless of the form of ownership, in connection with the introduction of martial law, as a result of the Russian Federation's military actions against our state. The object of the study is road industry entities. The purpose of the work is to establish the influence of the state of war on the economic condition of the economic entities of the road industry of Ukraine. The research method is statistical analysis. The date of February 24, 2022 was etched in the memory not only of Ukrainians, but also of the vast majority of nationalities of the democratic world. On this day, the Russian Federation insidiously invaded the territory of Ukraine with a war of aggression. As a result of the Russian Federation's military aggression, the state of Ukraine and its population faced security, social, economic and other problems. Of course, the issues of protection and preservation of people's lives were, are and will be of primary importance to the city. At the same time, in order to ensure the functioning of the military-industrial complex (the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Guard of Ukraine and other state structures), there was a challenge to preserve and support the economy of our state, both on foreign and domestic markets. In previous years, on a level with the agricultural, energy, mining and many other areas, the road industry of Ukraine was an essential component of the economic development of the state and the formation of its gross domestic product (GDP).During 2022, on par with other industries, road industry entities faced a number of problems (personnel issues; loss of tangible assets; overdue receivables and payables; timely payment of taxes, loan and lease payments, lack of timely financing, etc.) , which significantly affected their economic condition and the results of financial and economic activity as a whole. The results of the article can be used to compare the results of the analysis with other works, taking into account such aspects (factors) as: comprehensibility, relevance, materiality, reliability, comparability and timeliness. Prognostic assumptions regarding the development of the object of research - the search for optimal economic solutions, with the aim of taking objective anti-crisis measures for business entities of the road industry of Ukraine during the martial law and in the post-war period.
