Abstract
Investment activity is one of the determining factors that contribute to economic growth. In this capacity, it belongs to the functions of enterprise owners, the performance of which allows to form competitive advantages and function and develop in market conditions. The presence of subjectivity in the investment activities of business owners causes the regulatory influence of the state on investment processes using various means. Investors' decision-making regarding participation in investment activities depends to a large extent on the availability of a business climate in the country that is favorable for such activities. According to the conclusions of domestic and foreign institutions, at the current stage, phenomena are taking place in Ukraine that negatively affect the formation of a favorable investment climate. The development and implementation of state regulatory measures recommended by these institutions made it possible to reduce negative processes in this area, but the strategic goal remains their final overcoming. It is accelerating in connection with granting Ukraine the status of a candidate for membership in the European Union. The considered approaches to the revival of domestic industry provide preliminary legal support for investment processes. The most acceptable organizational forms of investment in the revival of domestic industry include industrial parks, which have a number of advantages of a multifaceted nature, and their formation requires regulatory influence of the state on their development.
