Abstract
In the article, the methods of situational adjustment of the strategic activity of the motor vehicle enterprise in crisis conditions were investigated. It has been established that the current state of the transport industry has changed its vector of activity from meeting the needs of consumers to fully meeting the needs of the armed forces of Ukraine and the civilian population. In addition, it has been proven that during the martial law, total losses from the invasion of the Russian Federation were estimated at 80 billion dollars. For the most part, this amount falls on transport infrastructure and amounts to almost $39 billion. Therefore, strategic management is currently the subject of quite a large number of scientific works. The authors determine the influence of other factors on the activities of ATP, but did not take into account the political situation of Ukraine. It was established that the use of generally accepted methods such as: SWOT, SNW, PEST in modern crisis conditions is quite difficult, long-term and expensive as they require the involvement of a large number of experts. Currently, the situation in the country is very volatile, economic and political changes are happening every day. Therefore, the article proposes the main stages of adjusting the strategies of motor transport enterprises in a fast and real mode. On the basis of the defined stages, the methods of situational adjustment of the ATP activity strategy were singled out. The conducted analysis gave reasons to claim that classic strategies aimed at the competitiveness of motor vehicle enterprises in modern conditions cannot currently be used. The article offers modified strategies that will help the managers of the motor vehicle company to conduct their business in the conditions of martial law. The proposed range of strategies is quite flexible and mobile. They do not require large costs and allow you to quickly adjust the business to real changes in the external environment. That is, the conducted research gives reasons to claim that in the current conditions of crisis, ATP managers need to apply simpler methods of analyzing the current state of the external and internal environment. It also becomes clear that during the state of war, when the functions of the transport industry are aimed at providing the armed forces of Ukraine and meeting the necessary needs of the civilian population, the question of competitive positions is not relevant for ATP. Currently, it is necessary to apply management strategies that are more mobile and flexible, and can be quickly adjusted.
