Principles and methods of conceptual improvament of energy-resource efficiency of motor transport vehicles fnd services in their life cycles

Abstract

The article considers the principles and methods of conceptual improvement of the energy resource efficiency of motor vehicles and transport services in their life cycles, which correspond to the techno-economic concept of high-tech reproduction of motor transport services for the formation of a technologically intensive and resource-saving micro-economy of the motor transport (VTVAP-TIREMA concept) according to the principle operational and technological resource saving in the life cycles of the car (LCC) and reproduction of the motor transport services. It is shown that the existing techno-empirical methods of organization and economy of the motor transport process do not ensure the implementation of the techno-economic concept. Based on the new material-production and technological-innovation paradigm of knowledge about motor transport as a sphere of material production, a conceptual-criterial apparatus and a set of strategies for conceptual management of technologically sustainable development of elements of the resource-technological base and technological processes of automobile transportation by motor vehicle are proposed. At the same time, it is shown that technological and epistemological features of natural road transportation are taken into account. The object of research is technical resources and the technological process of motor transportation. The purpose of the work is the formation of development principles and strategies, as well as conceptual and criterial apparatus for the conceptual management of technologically sustainable development in motor transport. The research method is an evolutionary-simulation and test analysis of the development of the elements of the resource-technical and technological basis of the motor transport according to the VTVAP-TIREMA concept. The results of the article can be used by technologically competent motor vehicle managers to implement conceptual management strategies for the development of the specified elements. Prognostic assumptions regarding the development of the object of research - the implementation in motor vehicle enterprises of methods and strategies of conceptual management of the technologically sustainable development of the motor transport processes and the complex of their production and economic functions.
