Approaches of syncretic management in road infrastructure restoration projects

Abstract

In this paper sets the task of forming a syncretic methodology for managing road infrastructure restoration projects and proposes the basis of such a methodology. The object of the study – the management processes of road infrastructure restoration projects implemented in the conditions of war and the significant restrictions imposed by it on such projects, in particular regarding the time of their implementation, availability of resources, high risks. The subject of the study – the syncretic methodology of road infrastructure restoration project management as an effective combination of integral, but different vector, components (approaches) to project management that may not have been used together before. The purpose of the article – the study of multi-vector approaches to project management and, based on them, the formulation of a syncretic approach as the basis of a syncretic methodology for effective management of road infrastructure restoration projects. Method of the study – to achieve the goal of the work, the following methods were used: analysis, synthesis, systematization, generalization, formulation of conclusions. The paper analyzes the approaches and methodologies that can be components of a syncretic methodology for managing road infrastructure restoration projects. The principles of the syncretic approach are proposed. The necessary IT tools to be used within the approach are described. The scientific task of developing models of connections between elements of syncretic methodology is outlined. Directions for further research are determined. The results of the article can be used during the development of effective management systems for restoration projects. Also, the results of the work can be implemented in the educational process during the teaching of educational disciplines of the cycle of professional training of future specialists in the transport industry.
