Economic and legal support of anti-crisis personnel management in the modern realities of business development

Abstract

The article examines approaches to anti-crisis personnel management; substantiates anti-crisis principles of personnel management; clarifies crisis trends in the external environment of enterprises and reveals the impact of the personnel crisis on their internal environment; examines the system of economic and legal support of anti-crisis personnel management. Object of research – anti-crisis personnel management of the enterprise. Purpose of study – advancing the efficiency of the mechanism of economic and legal protection of anti-crisis management of personnel in current realities development of business. Methods of research – method of abstracting, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, system approach. Anti-crisis measures must, first of all, take into account the human factor, because it is through the purposeful activities of staff can succeed in the planned measures to avoid or overcome the crisis, and in the activities of the enterprise as a whole. The current stage is characterized by the intensification of destabilizing factors and the deployment of crisis phenomena, which requires the formation of a human factor capable of performing the tasks of crisis management. The modern dynamic environment requires from participants the most coordinated exact actions and fast decisions for the purpose of optimum use of time, financial and human resources. On the other hand, the observance and protection of the rights of all participants in social and labor relations should be ensured, regardless of the degree of their participation and importance. That is, the balance of interests of both employees and employers, as well as other persons involved in labor relations and the state must be maintained. Regulatory regulation of human resources management plays an important role in the development of enterprises, ensuring their stable operation and achieving strategic goals and objectives, the implementation of which is impossible without the efficient use of human resources. Anti-crisis personnel management involves targeted actions of enterprise management to ensure social protection of employees, creating appropriate working conditions and development of human resources of the enterprise. Forecast assumptions about the object of study – improving the mechanism for ensuring anti-crisis personnel management.
