Dialectics of the concept of operational activity at the enterprise

Abstract

The article investigates and analyzes the concept of operational activities at the enterprise by various domestic and foreign scientists. The object of research – the operational activities of the enterprise. The purpose of the work is to specify and clarify the meaning of such a concept as «operating activities» in modern enterprises. Research method – a method of operationalization of concepts, induction and deduction. The operational activities of the enterprise should not be limited to the creation and sale of products (goods, services), but should ensure the implementation of the production process using the latest technologies. In this case, we can talk about the relationship of two activities – operational and innovative, in the process of creating a platform for efficient management, in order to obtain the maximum economic and social effect of investing financial resources in the enterprise. In the context of the study, we consider it necessary to distinguish in the main activity of such economic processes, which in their content are separate processes that are interconnected and represent a holistic operational function of the enterprise: procurement, production, sales of goods, works and services, innovative activity in the field of production and services.
